As soon as this set came out of the stockroom I fell in love!  Each piece is hand blown giving a unique and individual nature to each piece.  The irregular edges and varied sizes of the glasses evoke a real sense of craftsmanship and not your run of the mill cookie cutter pressed glass vessel.  With all of that said what really sold me on these pieces is the pattern, a slight "feathered" ribbing that give a delicate quality to each piece.  Yet substantial enough for a gentleman guest.  Each piece is signed and is a must have in your collection!

This unique piece was wheel thrown out of a high fire porcelain, low fired and then hand painted with expert care.  The pelican is exquisitely executed, the attention to detail is expressed in each brushstroke.  I love the entire of animals including bears, penguins and squirrels.  I had the pleasure of meeting the artist as she is based in Brooklyn and it was clear her passion for the art she creates.
