Bar None? Bar DONE!
I love this pair of vintage barstools, the harmony between the structured iron frame and the variegated leather creates an interesting seating option for your space. The simple barrel-back offers a touch of support without taking up too much visual weight. I see these used in a few settings, obviously as your traditional barstools but also as extra seating while entertaining guests from your park view terrace.

Carlo Table Lamp
designed by Thomas O'Brien for Visual Comfort
Part of our newest collection for Visual Comfort, the Carlo Lamp is reminiscent of the space age 1950's but appropriately modernized with sophisticated finishes and a touch of modern glamour. I see a pair of these on vintage Gibbings nightstands in a master bedroom or a single conversation piece at your studio desk. The lamp is also avaiable in polished nickel, hand rubbed antique brass and polished nickel with antique white.

A Personal Touch Meets A Touch Of Personal
Handprint Portraits
artist: Gary SchneiderPlease contact AERO for pricing 212-966-1500
I have had the pleasure of meeting Gary and he is a truly fascinating guy, a native South African he began working in the early nineties on what would become his signature. Gary describes his work by the following:
"These photographs, made without a camera, are sweat and heat imprints onto film emulsion. I consider handprint portraits to be as expressive as any of a face, more private, and possibly more revealing. They do not reveal race and, often, neither gender nor age"
His work is truly unique and personal, no two portraits are ever the same, I highly recommend making room on your walls for one of his pieces!

Don't Worry, Be...
by Caleb Siemon
Large: 5.5"H x 8"W
$550.00
This piece is sure to put you in a good mood! Reminiscent of another era, this piece plays with the reflective and malleable qualities of glass. Heavy thick-walled pieces are hand manipulated to create a creased and singularly individual form for each piece. The vessel is either blown in solid clear glass or use the Italian technique of "sommerso" or encased in color. Designed by Caleb Siemon. Made in California. Signed.

A Cure for the Back to School Blues
Vintage Rattan Desk
by Tommi Parzinger for Willow & Reed54" x 30.25" x 29"
$8,200.00
It is that time of year again, a farewell to summer and the start of a new school year. What better way to kick of the year than with a new desk! This vintage Parzinger piece is perfectly appointed with a leather clad top and contrast stitching. The desk features two front drawers with hand rubbed antique brass handles. I am especially fond of the contrast between the clean stitched top and the less formal rattan base. This piece is a bit of an investment but well worth every penny!
